Ultimate Apparel Return & Refund Policy

At Ultimate Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality sportswear and custom gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made uniforms and personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible for a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@ultimateapparelbrand.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if necessary).
2️⃣ Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if approved.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Once approved, return the item to our designated address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
4️⃣ Processing: Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are allowed for standard items (not custom orders). Follow the return process and indicate the new item you’d like. If your requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit or refund.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost.


6. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.
