1) Eligibility & Scope

  • Open to teams, schools, clubs, and individual purchasers aged 18+ (or with authorized purchaser).
  • Valid for orders placed on ultimateapparelbrand.com or through our sales team during the promo window.
  • Geographic availability: United States (contact us for international orders/shipping quotes).

2) Offer Details

  • Discount: 15% off the following bundles only:

  • One (1) promo code per order. Not combinable with other offers, discounts, or sponsorship pricing.
  • No cash value. Not valid on gift cards, custom fees, design upgrades, rush fees, or shipping/taxes.

3) Redemption

  • Online: apply code ULTIMATE15 at checkout on the packages page.
  • Sales-assisted: provide the code to our rep at time of quote/invoice.
  • Codes must be used within the promo window; expired codes will not be honored.

4) Customization, Proofs & Approvals

  • Design proofs are provided digitally. The customer’s written or e-signature “Proof Approved” authorizes production.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen/print differences; we match PMS values as closely as fabrics/inks allow.
  • Customer warrants rights to all supplied artwork and grants us permission to reproduce it for production.

5) Production & Lead Times

  • Estimated production: 15 business days from approval and payment.
  • Rush service may be available at additional cost (not discount-eligible).
  • Backorders or supply issues may affect timelines; we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or updates.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Shipping

  • Promo prices shown exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates; carrier delays are outside our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon carrier acceptance.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes after proof approval may require a new quote and can affect timeline and pricing.
  • Orders may be canceled before proof approval for a full refund. After approval, materials and labor may be charged.

8) Returns & Warranty

  • Customized items are final sale except for manufacturing defects.
  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order info. We’ll repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

9) Limitations & Misuse

  • We may refuse, cancel, or adjust any order if misuse, fraud, or pricing/typographical error is suspected.
  • Resellers: promo not valid for resale without written authorization.

  • All Ultimate Apparel trademarks, designs, templates, and site content are our property and may not be copied without permission.

12) Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • Venue for disputes shall be courts located in Monroe, LA, Louisiana.

14) Changes, Suspension, or Termination

  • We may modify or end this promotion at any time for any reason, including error, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. Material changes will be posted on this page.
